Returns, Exchanges, and Breakage
Breakage and Claims | All claims must be made in writing within 3 days of receipt. Claims of a later date will not be honored. Original packaging must be kept for 7 days. Replacements will not be given for breakage, only credit notes. |
Returns and Exchanges | Returns are accepted only with prior approval. Returns must be kept in original packaging and must be returned in resellable condition in order for credit to be given. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Freight is the responsibility of the client. |
